COVID-19 Vaccination in Tampa

Practice Statement
We only administer the Johnson & Johnson and Moderna vaccines, subject to availability. You must be at least 18 years of age and older to get either of these vaccines. Johnson & Johnson vaccine is only one dose and the Moderna vaccine is two doses (28 days apart). The second dose for the Moderna will be scheduled when you arrive for your first dose. The COVID-19 vaccines are free of charge for everyone, whether or not you have insurance. Although your insurance information is requested, you will not be personally charged for the vaccine.
